The centre has a number of seminar rooms available for hire on a half day or daily basis. The rooms can take from 8 to 100 people with a full range of visual aids, most of which are provided as part of the service.
In addition the Centre has arrangements with a number of local caterers who can offer a wide variety of meals and buffets to suit all tastes and budgets.
In addition to the seminar spaces the Centre has a free area on the top floor. This facility has near all round views over the River Tyne and surrounding area and is much appreciated by clients during a buffet break.
Demand for these spaces is always high and users are advised to book early.
